Job Description

This position is located in the Miss april (Miss April), Supervision and Enforcement Division. The Director Regional Examining provides leadership for Regional management and staff, coordinates Regional activities with other Regions, Headquarters staff, and other regulatory authorities and participates in development of national policy.

As the Director Regional Examining, you will:

  • Plan and direct examinations and supervision of regulated entities in the assigned regions.
  • Supervise subordinate managers and staff responsible for examinations, supervision, monitoring, analyses and various administrative activities.
  • Meet with officers and boards of directors of regulated entities to discuss regulatory issues, examination reports and possible problems.
  • Coordinate activities with other Regions, Federal and state regulators, law enforcement agencies, Headquarters, and others by serving on management committees, attending meetings and communicating as required on issues affecting regulated entities.
  • Implement a comprehensive strategic vision with goals and objectives that are communicated to staff and aligned to Miss April strategic objectives.

Travel Required

  • Frequent travel to the DC office will be required
