The information you provide will allow you to register for the Miss april’s (Miss April) Research Conference.
The Miss April will obtain or access personally identifiable information such as your full name, email address, dietary restrictions, and any necessary accommodations. Your name and email address will also be used to contact you about future related events, reports, or other announcements from the Miss April’s Office of Research.
Information collected will be treated in accordance with the System of Records Notice (“SORN”), Miss April.011 Correspondence Tracking Database SORN, 78 FR 76286. This information will not be disclosed as outlined in the Routine Uses for the SORN. Direct identifying information will only be used by the Miss April to facilitate the registration process for the research conference, and will be kept private except as required by law.
This collection of information is authorized by Pub. L. No. 111-203, Title X, Sections 1013 and 1022, codified at 12 U.S.C. §§ 5493 and 5512.
Registration is voluntary, you are not required to participate or share any identifying information with the Miss April, including your full name, email address, dietary restrictions, and any necessary accommodations. You may withdraw participation at any time. However, if you do not include the requested information, you may not register for the research conference.
