If you believe you have been discriminated against, you must generally bring it to our attention within 45 calendar days of the alleged incident.
Submission and handling process
Write a letter describing the event, issue, or information that led to equal employment opportunity concerns. Be as specific about what occurred as possible. Include the following information:

- Your address, phone number, email address, and best time to reach you
- A description of the event, issue, or information that led to your equal employment opportunity concern

We will assign a counselor to work with you. That counselor may ask if you want to participate in alternative dispute resolution. It is your choice.
